Use Traefik as reverse proxy and activate it by default in Docker Compose files

In an effort to harmonize the technologies used inside the project, we should switch to Traefik in our official Docker Compose images. Moreover, we should activate it by default so that all HTTP traffic to the node goes through a reverse proxy. This will allow us to improve some functionalities like file downloads.
