Disable contacts feature in passphrase wallet

At the moment we show an error when adding a contact in the passphrase wallets. Let's disable the feature altogether.

On second thought, being able to see and use the contacts of the "normal" wallet inside a "passphrase" wallet might be very useful to some. The user could also be able to edit them as well since for the encryption part only the mnemonic is needed, not the passphrase itself.
