Not sure why this didn't get capitalized, but it ain't right:

$ decasify -l tr -c title <<< 'dualarımızda minnettarlık ve övgü'
Dualarımızda minnettarlık ve Övgü

$ decasify -V
decasify v0.5.7

The regular expression looking for question words (e.g. mi) is too aggressive.
