Amixr change template of "Invite" message

We have below usecase:

1. When somebody is invite a colleague, it is not comfortable to play whole voice message with much details. We want to have a possibility to change the Template for every integration.

2. From the other hand we want to have a poccibility to make an commutation between agent who is invited user, and target.
   For example, our company already have Twillio, maybe there is a possibility to connect Amixr to our Twillio and we will be pay for that: for voice traffic.
   Or maybe it is possible to do that in Amixr farm, but here we need to have a possibility to regulate our pays charges
