OLA does not pass the config test after successfull installation of ola.

If you want to use ola, and you get an error that your missing files,
You need to install the package ola-dev ( apt-get install ola-dev) before
running configure to compile

I will look into this, the problem I had at the time the ola patch was
submitted is ola at the time was written against very new versions of certain
libraries, and I wasn't about to update all of those on my systems.
