Usability for slayer

This plugin could be very useful for slayer too, especially when bursting. Would it be possible to add more NPCs to the list of hard-coded NPCs, or at least add an option to add more custom NPCs?
more specifically it would be dust devils, smoke devils, geater nechryaels, ankous and possibly also dagganoth and kalphites.

The current list includes most of those listed NPCs (all except Kalphite, I believe.)

I agree though, it's impossible to consider all the contexts where this plugin might see use so it would be great to supplement the base list with a user-defined list.
