Add basic toolbar

Just like for the real GitHub issue editor, ActionMarkdown should have a basic toolbar to create:
- Title
- Bold text
- Italic text
- Quotes
- Code snippets
- Unordered lists
- Ordered lists
Bonus if there's a keyboard shortcut attached.
