Compilierung der Kernelmodule freezed bei 60% unter ubuntu (5.15.0-1011-raspi kernel)

Beim Versuch der Installation des pivccu-modules-dkms Package Gibt es beim Prozess "Cleaning Build area" keinen Fortschritt bei 60% Fortschritt
Im Log des makefiles ist nichts ersichtlich
Es kam zuvor die Fehlermeldung
" The Module/Version Combo pivccu 1.0.77 ist Not located in the dkms tree."
Wo kann der Fehler liegen?
