Use file to define which are allowed / blocked entityIDs

Rather than enter all the allowed or blocked entityIDs using the -a or -b command line flags, specify a file containing the entityIDs.

options

• -A or -B (uppercase Allow or Block)
• -yes or -no

You should be able to specify both command line and file-defined entityIDs.
