The timezone is automatically set for the client and is showing a different time than what was configured

The schedules are configured to start from 09:00 to 18:00, but on the customer's screen the Timezone is Fortaleza/Brazil with the time starting from 06:00. How do I keep the same time configured in the backend? Is there a way to disable this timezone functionality?
