Add new setting that will toggle the display of provider information for each booking to the customers (ICS, Google Sync, notifications etc)

For privacy reasons, the provider's email shouldnt be in the ICS or at least make it a toggle

Hello!
There are other places where provider email could become visible, so I guess it would make more sense to provide a global setting configuration that would hide such info from all the places.
