Appointments randomly disappearing

Hi,

I have an issue where appointments seem to be disappearing at random.
I am running the latest production version, 1.4.3

When appointments are deleted by the customer via the booking link in the e-mail, or via the provider in the admin interface, e-mails get sent as expected. However sometimes appointments just disappear from the database (and thus the schedule).

Is there any way to debug how this might happen?

Hello!

The only way an appointment may automatically be removed automatically would be if the service or provider or customer attached to it is also removed.

Could it be that this was one of the cases that created this behavior for you?

No.. it is just random appointments, sometimes multiple per day, that disappear without notice. I’m going to try moving to a different db server with transaction logging to see if that gives more info.

I went through the app and I cannot find any logic that might cause something like this.
