Road Length trophy not public

Road Length trophy updates the public score only on the player's scoreboard and not anyone else's scoreboard; needs to show up as points on everyone's scoreboard

Added trophies to public score for all to see by moving the code to calculate who has each trophy in the for loop instead of just checking for the current player.
