for online pdf files, add a button that downloads the pdf

It is something that I havent had time to think much about.
What I was thinking was:
where the open in file explorer button is on the local pdf list, make it a download button for online pdfs.
Maybe in the future when there are more features this button could open a context menu with options like:
- download
- pin
- remove from list
- etc
I mentioned the context menu idea because it'd be great to have implemented now for the future. But for now, the context menu would just have one option (download).
