I can´t install svox_pico or osx_say

I can´t install svox_pico or osx_say on my Raspberry Pi. The OS is Raspbian.

Had the same issue.
This was the problem:
sudo apt-get install libttspico-utils
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
Package libttspico-utils is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source

E: Package 'libttspico-utils' has no installation candidate
