Photo's not synced

Hi,

When I add a photo (on my phone) to a group the photo is not synced. When I add the photo as attachement (added from gallery with no compression) the files is synced fine..

Any idea?

I see this error message in the logs : Events handler error: 'MessageMediaPhoto' object has no attribute 'document'

This daemon was designed for big files downloading. Probably photos lack some needed attributes.

I will try to fix it it though

After a quick test, I have checked the daemon works fine if you send your photo as a file and not as a photo.

yes thats right, but is it a lot of working to also download the photo's? ( I use it for grabbing images from our teams group, and the other users forget to share the photos the right way ;) )

Well, it would take time. Photos attributes are completely different. For example, a file name is not among them.

I have added a quick workaround. Daemon will tell users it can not download simple photos if they are not sent as files.
