Issue with multiple forwarded messages

Whenever multiple messages are forwarded to the monitored channel (1 message containing multiple media items, such as for example 5 pictures), the daemon seems to miss downloading about half or more of the files - as if they were not forwarded.
What is required in order to debug this?
Running the latest docker version of the daemon.
