Is it possible to download files from private channel with restricted content option switched on? After restricted content option switched on Telegram Daemon says: "That is not downloadable. Try to send it as a file."
On the other hand the Telegram Bot API has ability to download files from private channel with this option switched on.
It would be great if TelegramDaemon has this feature if possible.

AFAIK it is not allowed by the Telegram API.
