Add SCSS code highlighting

Looks like SCSS code highlighting isn't currently supported. Utilizing CSS highlighting works well enough for now, but adding true SCSS highlighting would be nice!

We're using https://github.com/simplabs/highlight for the highlight; maybe we should just consider using css as the language even if you put scss code, it should be OK-ish.
