Add link to tutorials on working with images in client guides

So the client guides only cover working with text data with the Data API. This can be a friction point to new users or junior developers since working with image files isn't covered well in the API docs. Add either a link to the computer vision recipes in dev center or add a small section in client guides about working with image data or other option is to make the API doc code section better.
