Explicitly mention per-user data isolation for .algo collections

"if I add some data to the .algo collection for my algorithm, the algorithm will only be able to see it if I'm the caller. That part also makes sense, but came as a surprise to me as the Hosted Data documentation on this does not explicitly mention per-caller isolation." - a user
