[Feature] unlock tables、lock tables方法

现在的方法提供的太少了，事务的锁表场景施展不开，如unlock tables我要写成conn.query('unlock tables;');

需要增加标题提到的更新

  1. 非事务里的锁表方法
  2. 事务里的锁表方法、非锁表方法
  • 普通的beginTransaction
  • Scoped beginTransactionScoped 提供对应的方法
  1. egg-mysql的升级
