Wrong required level for weapons.

I noticed that the player level required for weapon unlock isn't exactly accurate. For example, MG4 requires level 10. I reached level 10, and the level displayed on the weapon armory was also 10. But MG4 was not unlocked. I upgraded to level 11 and then MG4 was unlocked. Sounds like a +1 count mistake or something. A player would expect reaching level 10 and unlocking the gun that says "lvl10" on its side.
