Capture RRC message when UE and gnB in same VM

@aligungr could you please help me with this issue. My UE and gnb are in the same UERANSIM VM and i would like to capture the RRC message. how can i go about this. Any advise is appreciated.
I have tried using wireshark but no use. only NAS and NGAP are captured.
