Suggestion: Allow nr-cli to send command to remote UE/gNodeB

Hi,
I thought it a good idea adding a new option to 'nr-cli' something like '--remote' and
allow sending command to remote UE/gNodeB.
By adding this feature, we can centrally manage UEs/gNodeBs running distributed environments.
What do you think about?
if the idea is useful for the community, I think I can contribute.
