auth.sendCode method never returns

Some customers has report that the auth.sendCode method never returns with a response (and the code isn't sent).

Is there any way to find the motive? Can be a blocked network?

Same problem. This problem also occurs on other methods, randomly.
We use the library in a highly loaded solution. And this is a constant problem that we cannot debug.
