[BUG]截图断言功能失效。客户端页面与截图断言不匹配，但是截图断言能校验通过

请添加具体的示例，此外，图片断言功能不适用于判断整体页面是否完全匹配，只适用于判断特定区块是否出现

麻烦看一下那个图片断言用到的so库的比对方法逻辑(将图片转换为bitmap作为入参便能验证)，并提供一个优化后的hulu_imageCompare版本哈

确实有些时候识别不是很准
