How can I install tnvm in windows

The installation command is for *unix, can we make tnvm as a npm package, so it can make installation process easier, thanks in advance.

Unfortunately Windows is not supported, though it might be possible to use tnvm if you are using bash on Windows 10 (mind that it is still in beta).
