About the time of inference

Hello,thank you for sharing.There is a GTX 1060Ti on my computer.I have run the code on my machine,but the inference time is not as the same as you describe in your paper,it is about 31 ms in my computer.But in your paper, the inference time is about 3.3 ms.I actually use the "--cuda" parameter to run.Do i miss some steps to setup?
