User profiles to have tags instead of skills & keywords

Description

As a user, I want consistency and am confused when I see tags, keywords and skills.
As a PO, I want to use the functionality 'skills' (and for example interests) in the future to allow users to promote themselves or find other users in a 'marketplace'. For now, we don't use the skills in another way then tags so we should not make a difference.

Acceptance criteria

• Only one field: tags (keywords)
• Previous skills added to the tags field (?)
• Remove skills from profile, but keep in the code for later stage
