Add a way to get the locking PID

One useful feature would be to be able to get the PID of the process which locks the file, to be able to send it a signal for instance.

you're absolutely right, i will maybe not have the time to take a look into it this week, but certainly next weekend, but if you a draft of code, I can integrate the feature faster :)
