Any other way to get reclip_data.tar.gz file without having to access Google Drive?

Google services are strictly banned in my area. Is there any other way for me to get the desired data without having to use "gsutil cp gs://reclip-sanjays/reclip_data.tar.gz"

Hi, i get "gs://reclip-sanjays/reclip_data.tar.gz isn't a valid hostname" with "gsutil cp gs://reclip-sanjays/reclip_data.tar.gz". Kindly advise. Also, is there other way to get access to the data other than this method. Thanks!
