Fixes for "Related" and "Related To"

Verify the implementation of RELATED and RELATED-TO are correct. Just at the object/parsing level. Future work can involve actually doing something based on the relationships, but right now that is left up to the calendar implementation.
Example work includes:
- VTODO can be related to VTODO or VEVENT
- Event currently has a related field but it seems like that should be related to.
