Open CV Manager installation

Isn't there a way to install the manager without installing it as an additional?

Currently the version released on Google Play Store have it embedded. F-Droid version will have too, but it will be a bigger apk because there it must contain the binaries for all architectures.
You can also download the apk from the releases page, you must select the correct one for your device, all of them have OpenCV embedded!
