Support for Blender 3.3

Hi.

I've set it up, and modified the folder name to workaround the activation error.

I'm not sure though if the plugin is working or not.

Is Blender 3.3 supported? If not I'm willing to contribute to add support. Thanks.

I have created this PR which supports the new repository for Go wakatime-cli. The plugin now works again with updated Blender version.
