The program could show second webcam (e.g. one virtual cam streaming the desktop and one webcam) with an image in image function by grabbing frames from both cams and combining them in a filter.

Another option would be to render a presentation into images and show the slides similar to the background image an show the person only image in image (possibly without a rectangle using the segmented image).

This is now possible with the webcam and zoom filters.
