Libreoffice V7.2.1.2 Mac / Firefox - doesn't open

Thank you for this excellent plugin. Wondering if you have any suggestions. When the plugin failed to work, I saw the previous issue and upgrade LO to 7.2.1.2 (Mac). The vnd link is set to Libreoffice, and, although the mac selects libreoffice, unfortunately the document doesn't open. Wondering if you might have any suggestions?

Can you describe in more detail what exactly happens?
Does LibreOffice show up?
Do you see a password prompt to enter your credentials?

Hi there ! :)
It's the same for me. Mac LibreOffice does open but then you arrive on the welcome screen with no document loaded and no password prompt appears or anything else.

I am having this problem with LibreOffice 7.3 on Safari, Chrome/Brave, and FireFox/LibreWolf. Has anyone managed to solve this?

How was LibreOffice installed? dmg from libreoffice.org, or some other place (App Store, etc)?

@smehrbrodt I downloaded the macOS (Intel) .dmg file directly from libreoffice.org. I also tried uninstalling, removing all related files, and then reinstalling libreoffice (same way) and it didn't solve the problem.

I'm able to set the webdav links and access the files on my nextcloud server, but the "open with libreoffice" button launches only the app, without opening the actual document.

Same here. Installing LibreOffice first from libreoffice.org (.dmg), but the issue (LibreOffice starts but file doesn't open). After this I uninstalled the version and installed the AppStore version. But the issue is still there.

Same problem on a Mac (all updates loaded), no problem on a Windows 10 Machine (also all updates loaded).

Same problem still here. Nothing happens. No error response.
Windows 11, Firefox 123.0 (64 bit), LibreOffice Version: 7.5.9.2 (X86_64), Nextcloud 28.0.3
