[FR] re-ordering the Location panel

hi, this a feature request to enable the user to re-order the Location Panel, either manually via drag-n-drop, or via automatic sorting (by A-Z, Z-A, modified date, modified inv.date, ...)

we've added a new "Saved searches" panel for the next release where we also would like to add this feature, but I'm not sure what the best way would be to implement it. Once we've got that figured out, it should be easy to add to the Locations too 👍
