Allusion Simply Never Opens

Edit: Finally after so many months I traced the problem back to Plex of all things. The computer is no longer crashing. Which means that all of this is definitely not the results of my machine being unstable. Turns out it kind of wasn't.
Edit 2: Nope, looks like now I'm also having an issue with my Nvidia drivers, possibly due in part to either the GPU swap and NVidia Driver reinstall and/or PlayReady DRM in Microsoft Edge. Disabled the latter, attempting to clean install the former. Possibly reinstalling Windows afterward. Looking forward to the joint effort by Native Instruments and UE4 to take down my satellite internet by forcing me to reinstall programs I already have and can run manually but without verification from the launcher am not allowed to do anything meaningful with said software! (My apologies for detailing this here, I'm just currently uncertain as to whether my current issue is actually the cause of Allusion not working and so it's unfortunately relevant to this bug report)
I apologize for the lack of information but I'm using Allusion 1.0.0 RC 6.1 (the currently available version) and I'm simply not able to use Allusion any longer because the program never does anything but show me the RGB Aurora goodness.
I've been using the program since it was released and took a good 6 month break from using it when it started happening in a previous version as my computer was in need of a Windows reinstall due to a broken af Wifi Adapter Driver I picked up on Amazon.. and I was moving.
Fast forward to November and my unlucky self thought "Why not Windows 11?" and updated my bios for the TPM support and... well. I no longer buy Asus motherboards. I have since transferred my hard drives and GPU to a separate computer, clean installed Windows, have the drivers all up to date.. and now Windows crashes all the time and Windows has no idea why or how to fix it. So needless to say, even though Allusion is the only program not currently working, I'm not entirely sure if this is "just me".

All drivers very very much up to date
All of the typical graphics APIs and then some because I need them for game dev
Not that many photos installed into Allusion
I'll redownload and install and update this if that succeeds, but I haven't been able to open it up since December 13th when I downloaded and installed it (not portable, full setup) and unfortunately my computer crashes entirely at random so I'm trying to send this off asap.
Could you copy the contents of the developer console here. It should be possible to open it by Ctrl + Shift + I.
