Hotkeys (arrows) work even in field editing mode

Describe the bug
can't navigate at text editing mode with keyboard.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- image information - edit exif data
- put cursor for typing
- press any arrow
- image will change to next.
Expected behavior
move cursor to edit text.

Sometimes same happens with search panel, but i don't know how to reproduce it. Any hotkey stop working, like some window focus is missing. But F5 solve this problem.
