No Photo while moving

I can't take pictures when there is any kind of movement in the scenery i want to capture. For example a driveby shot out of a bus doesn't work. Another example: taking a picture of the ocean doesn't work because there is the movement of the waves. It seems like an neverending try to focus.

I use a FP4 with eOS and also tried the direct downloaded version of the app. Both with the same behavior.

Anybody an idea?
