Difference between SmoothRectangleBorder and ContinuousRectangleBorder

What is the difference between Flutter's ContinuousRectangleBorder and this SmoothRectangleBorder? To me, both of them seems to be drawing squircles. I'd love to see the actual differences and know which is more accurate and better. Thanks!
