new some more lsp support

Hi,

Thanks for the amazing neovim configuration. After trying couple of other configs now I started using yours a permanent one which is more suitable to me.

I need below lsp and dap support -

java - https://github.com/mfussenegger/nvim-jdtls
scala - https://github.com/scalameta/nvim-metals
clojure - https://github.com/rafaeldelboni/nvim-fennel-lsp-conjure-as-clojure-ide

I don't know lua very much

could you please add support for the above languages?
