Remove dots in class names mentioned in the release notes

What

Remove starting dot (.) when mentioning class names in our release notes: instead of .govuk-warning-text__assistive, use govuk-warning-text__assistive.

Why

This allows project-wide search to also match HTML files when cleaning up classes that were removed, or changing those that need changing.
