Update or remove readme instructions for template source files

From the readme:

Avoid editing any of the following:

source/images/*
source/javascripts/*
source/layouts/*
source/stylesheets/*
source/favicon.ico

I think that either these folders no longer exist in this repo or they only contain paas specific files. They should be safe to edit now. I think you can safely remove these instructions.
