Returned to Argleton from Oxfordshire after Verify

Opened this issue · 14 comments

I am not sure if this is an issue we should be resolving or not but we have merged all the branches (I think) however when we are passed back after we have gone through Verify it reverts back to Argleton and not Oxfordshire? Can you help?

This might have happened whilst a new version was deploying. Could you check again to see if this is still happening?

Hi Sanjay, as Abi is on leave I have just run through this and it is still happening I am afraid.

@sanjaypoyzer Has there been any update on this? It is still happening.

@AbiBarkerOxfordshire I've had a look and could click through ok.

Hi @EUzkuraityte Thanks for your quick reply - I am using Chrome and whether I choose I have used Verify before or This is my first time I am still returned to Argleton and not Oxfordshire after Verify?

Hi @AbiBarkerOxfordshire , I'm on chrome as well.. I've just tried it on my personal phone, and it all checks out ok too. Could you try this as well?

I'm thinking maybe clearing cache / cookies on your machine could help too.

@EUzkuraityte I have cleared my cache and retried and still no joy :-( Do you have any other ideas? Thanks, Abi

@AbiBarkerOxfordshire could you try emailing yourself the link and trying on your phone/tablet? just trying to figure out if there's something getting blocked on your council's network..

I just forwarded it to my iPhone on my personal email and it still reverts to Argleton....sorry! @EUzkuraityte

Hiya @AbiBarkerOxfordshire I'm honestly clutching at straws here, but are you on your council's wifi or using your own connection?

Lizzie just tried on her machine as well and it seems ok..

I am at home and using my WiFi on my personal iPhone so no council network connections - weird?

really weird.. would it be possible to get Catherine and maybe a few other poeple to try it out?

@sanjaypoyzer do you have any ideas?

@catherinewoodoxfordshire is in one of our offices at the moment but is working from home later this afternoon so she will also try it when she gets back - if you manually amend the URL on the Argleton page it works so it just doesn't seem to pass the Oxfordshire parameter across when leaving Verify.

I have also spoken to someone else in our office to test it just now, and they also get pushed back to Argleton....
