"monitor" command

We need to be able to continuously process dns.log and other files which are running on IDS sensors and appliances processing traffic. If we are using the "read" command to read a file once and process, we should establish a "monitor" command which is similar but doing the equivalent of tail -f for the file and monitoring it continuously.
