Moving the frame is really hard.

When trying to move around the main frame the resize icon shows up, which is something I don't want.
Can this be fixed?

This was fixed aswell when I closed the app and reopened it after logging in.

Both these issues seem to be happening on initial launch. Do provide system information and I shall try and fix them.
