API: emitClientRaw , emitAllClientsRaw, emitServerRaw

They work the same way like the normal emit functions, but are a lot faster

its to mention, that emitServerRaw will only will if you use js serverside

So its worth to add it to https://docs.altv.mp/js/articles/understanding-events.html
