64 bit version for Windows

64 bit programs are now more common for Windows. So a 64 bit version should be produced with its installer using the latest versions of VS compiler and Windows SDK.
While the 32 bit must remain backward compatible down to Windows XP.
In this way we will have a modern and completely updated executable but still also 32 bit executable able to run on almost all Windows PCs.
